At Evolving Apes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your evolution. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
